Guest registration on-site

We are ready to welcome guests who haven't registered through the registration system. In case your badge is not prepared in advance we kindly ask you to follow these instructions:

  1. Please come to our info stall at Strahov area
  2. Be ready to provide us with your personal details and a photo
  3. Sign the Participation Agreement
  4. Pay the Guest fee

There are two options of guest registration.
Full guest registration - for visitors aged 12+, 80 EUR, includes:

  • transportation between both playing areas and evening activities,
  • free access to evening activities,
  • player's pack,
  • id card,
  • newspapers etc.
  • it does not include accommodation and food options.

Please note that the number of player's packs is limited and we do not guarantee there would be enough for everyone. Because of that we added:
Economic guest registration - for visitors aged 12+, 60 EUR, includes:

  • transportation between both playing areas and evening activities,
  • free access to evening activities,
  • id card,
  • newspapers etc.
  • it does not include accommodation and food options and the player's pack.

Guest fee for children aged 3 to 11 years, 40 EUR, includes:

  • transportation between both playing areas and evening activities,
  • free access to evening activities,
  • id card,
  • player's pack,
  • newspapers etc.
  • it does not include accommodation and food options.

Children under age of 3 do not pay guest fee.

Kindly note the whole procedure takes few minutes, to avoid queues please don´t forget your photo. Thank you for understanding.

Guests registered together with a team will be checked with this team (see the Check-in information). Make sure to sign the Participation Agreement and hand it to team representative coming to check-in. Guests registered in advance without a team - please register at check-in individually or come to info stall at Strahov to get your player's pack and ID card.
