Guests

If you are a guest coming to Prague to attend the event without a team, you do not want to book accommodation that we provide and you want to see the games only you do not need to be registered in the registration system as coming to see the games is for free.

However if you want to book accommodation through our system and you want to have access to social and evening activities, get players pack, use the transportation etc. please let us know by email at enjoy@wucc2010.com and we will register you ourselves into the registration system. You are of course allowed to choose the accommodation offered to players, please see the Accommodation and Food section.

Check-in for guests
Guests registered with a team will get their badge with the team on check-in. All guests have to sign the Participation Agreement and hand it to the contact person of a team.
Guests registered separately (not with a team) have to come to check-in to get their tournament badge. The check-in will be at Students dorms Strahov on Friday July 2nd 14:00-20:00 and on Saturday 3rd 9:00-18:00. If you are arriving during the week, please come to the info stall at Strahov playing area.

Guest fee EUR 80 - This fee applies to all visitors and non-playing coaches or non-playing captains and children aged 12 years and more (hereafter as “guests”) of WUCC2010. Fixed guest fee includes transportation between your hotel, both playing areas and evening activities, free access to evening activities, player's pack, id card, newspapers etc. It does not include accommodation and food options.

Guest fee EUR 40 – Children guest fee – This fee applies to all children aged 3 to 11 years. This fee includes transportation, player´s pack, ID card. Children are allowed to come to social and evening activities for free. It does not include accommodation and food options.

Please note that the accommodation and food need to be paid extra depending on type of accommodation you choose. Children aged 3 to 11 years will be charged 50% of the price for adults for A&F. Children aged 12 years and more will be charged full amount. Please see Accommodation and Food section for more details.

Children under 3 years do not pay a guest fee nor for accommodation (if no bed is required). They do not need to be registered separately in the registration system however please mention them in the note while registering a player or a guest they are accompanying.
